You must not be prohibited from participating in online gaming under any applicable Philippine law or regulation. You may only hold one active account on the platform — duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and for keeping your account details current. wpeso reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend or close accounts where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person, and you must not allow any third party to access or use your account on your behalf. wpeso will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity. wpeso recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your account and that you do not reuse passwords from other platforms or services.
All financial transactions on the wpeso platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP ₱) using locally supported payment methods including GCash, Maya, and major Philippine bank transfers. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the platform's current processing timelines, and wpeso reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks before releasing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction. wpeso does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Any funds deposited into your wpeso account are held for gaming purposes only and are not considered a financial investment or savings instrument of any kind.

wpeso is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to Filipino players seriously. The platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above, and wpeso reserves the right to request proof of age at any time during the account lifecycle. wpeso provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wpeso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, service interruptions, or force majeure events. wpeso's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits wpeso's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. You acknowledge that online gaming involves inherent risk and that you participate entirely at your own discretion.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to wpeso's internal dispute resolution process, details of which are available through the FAQ page. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. wpeso aims to resolve all player complaints fairly and promptly, and encourages players to contact the support team in the first instance before escalating any matter. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and wpeso with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
